We understand that life can be unpredictable, and unexpected things can happen. However, we kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to someone else who may be waiting for an appointment. In the event that you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or miss your appointment without notifying us, you will be charged the full fee for the session. We know that this policy may seem strict, but as a healthcare practitioner, our time is valuable, and we want to ensure that our clients receive the best care possible.
